Cancellation Policy
ALL color and extension services require a 50$ deposit to book and can be rescheduled ONE time before forfeiting the deposit.
I ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, I miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and my standby clients miss the chance to receive my services. I realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in advance, therefore, 2 reminders of your appointment will be sent to you via text and e-mail 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation fees will apply
1) Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved service price.
2) “No show” will be charged 100% of the booked service price. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable me to inform my standby clients of any availability, keep my schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of my established and future clients.
