Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to book all color and extension services. Deposits may be transferred one time when rescheduling and are otherwise non-refundable.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent 48 and 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Cancellation Policy:
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service total
• No-show appointments: 100% of the scheduled service total
